Loaded Lobster Rolls (Butter, No Mayo)

We're all smiles for these incredible butter-based lobster rolls... please hold the mayo!

Ingredients: (Serves 4)
1 lb lobster meat, cooked, chopped (claw and body)
3 T Salt
1/2 C (8 T) Salted butter
1 minced garlic clove
3 T fresh chives
1 T fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 Pinches black pepper
1 Fresh Lemon, half juiced, half wedged
4 brioche or hotdog buns (we even tried pretzel and it was excellent!)
Procedure:
Melt 6 T butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add aromatics, then lobster, gently stirring until warmed. Add black pepper and juice of half a freshly squeezed lemon.
Brush 2 T softened or melted butter on buns. Grill or toast in the pan until slightly charred.
Divide lobster meat amongst the buns and garnish with parsley and lemon juice. Enjoy!
