About Inside
Inside 238 is a hub for delicious recipes and provides a glimpse into what it may be like to have an eating disorder. My hope is to help in the understanding of the complexity of EDs by sharing my experience and tips that have helped me combat it. Don't get it twisted though, my love for food never faded. Neither did its unique ability to bring people together and widen smiles. While it may be scary, join me as I fight back one delicious recipe at a time. If I can do it, I'm confident you can too! No matter your relationship with food, our love language of baking and cooking is something you deserve to share in. Come inside with us as we share the aromas that graciously waft through our home, the flavors that dance on our tongues, and the memories and laughs that keep smiles on our faces.

What really is Inside 238?
More than just a food blog, Inside238 aims to destigmatize eating disorders and support those also on the rollercoaster of recovery. Inside238 is a reminder that food is more than just fuel- it is a delight that unites people through process, sharing, and passion. More than that, it is a hobby, one enjoyed even by those who are struggling and may have you expecting otherwise. Our recipes are delicious and dedicated to all. Take a look around for your next meal, or to know I am standing by your side in recovery, or encouraging you to begin. Let food be fun again- you deserve it.
